Product Description
MAPEI Ultracolor Plus FA in Frost 5010 is a premium, rapid-setting, polymer-modified grout designed to provide a clean, consistent finish for tile installations. Its fine-aggregate formula allows it to be used with grout joints ranging from 1/16" to 3/4", making it suitable for both narrow and wider joints.
Ultracolor Plus FA is formulated for excellent colour consistency with reduced efflorescence and shrinkage. MAPEI's DropEffect™ technology helps reduce surface absorption, helping repel water, dirt and grime from penetrating the grout joints. It is also stain-resistant and typically does not require a sealer.
The FROST colour provides a clean white finish that pairs beautifully with porcelain, ceramic, stone and many other tile styles.

MAPEI specifies joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4" and states that the rapid-setting formulation can allow light foot traffic in approximately three hours.
